If you start using our service partway through the year, you will receive an invoice based on a pro-rata calculation for the remaining months. If you inform us before the end of the year that you wish to cancel your subscription, we will not send a new invoice for the upcoming year, and your AutoChat account will be deactivated on January 1st.
